I was verified back in 2017 but it has still made me do it again, only now it keeps failing. All of my gigs have been blocked. Panicking as this is my full time job!!!

Same happened with me I'm user from 4 years back handling my level 2 profile @Kesha can you help please?

I recently encountered an issue while trying to verify my business information on Fiverr. During the process, I selected the option **"Yes, and I’m the sole employee"**, but I received the following error message:  
*"An error has occurred, please try again."*  

I tried refreshing the page and ensured my internet connection was stable, but the problem persists.

I'm a top seller from Greece and my ID failed on verification that's really frustrating I think it failed because here in Greece some IDs are still old ,even tho they are legitimate, and your system doesn't  recognise them what should I do? Please can you make me eligible till I do the process to request a new ID from government or can you manually check my ID? I had also customers that were going to order and now they can't cause my offers have also expired...

I'm experiencing the same frustration while seeking a solution from their end. Customer service isn't very efficient; they respond as if I'm a new seller whose account hasn't been approved, and they even suggest becoming a buyer instead of a seller. It's really frustrating

Yes, mine too. I can't imagine what I would do without this. I contacted CS about my problem but it still hasn't been resolved. It says my new driver's license has expired.

Hi, i got this notification and i tried to verify my id, i gave my genuine data, but when taking slefie with id card and face scan it always failed, i think it because i look very different from the picture in my id card and i'm currently and now my seller account disabled. how to resolve this? can i get another chance to do the verification?

I noticed the following:
1.  Fiverr sent a message yesterday to finalise the verification process to EU standards -> I had already supplied ID and passed the first two steps of the verification process some months ago. All well and good.
2.  The system wanted to complete a third step -> verify ID source, and present residential address. Very reasonable
3.  All good -> process completed smoothly. I'm happy, Fiverr happy.

Observations:
a,  I received a message that the verification process was complete. A pleasure from my side - happy to comply.
b.  A second message followed to say that my Seller profile had been RE-INSTATED. When, pray tell, was my Seller profile de-instated? I had never been informed of a de-instation.

Step (b) is very poor manners, I'm sad to say. Very coercive, in my humble opinion. Come on Fiverr, surely you folks can do better in customer relations?

The same thing happens to me, I came to read information, this is the third time that I have been asked for verification, this is my full-time job, I am a top rate seller, and they have cancelled my services because it says that the verification has not been approved, is this a system error? Should I not worry and wait for solutions? I contacted customer service and they have not given me an answer!

How do I proceed with the verification if my request for changing my country of residence is still pending (open ticket in Fiverr)? In the first step i have to confirm "my" country to prove my residence. Do I choose my original country or the country i recently moved to?

I need help with my ID verification. Due to my mistake, I couldn't verify my ID, and as a result, my seller account has been deactivated.

Could you kindly reactivate my ID verification option so that I can verify my account ID?

3 years Ago, i verified my ID you can check the below-attached photo

now i got email to verify for EU clintes. i did Verification same as previous one 

and it's says  Your verification failed You won’t be able to sell on Fiverr at this time.

i did it three times and it's not verified. 

it's been 5 years now am selling on fiverr

and still i got risticted for No reason. As I said 3 years ago, i got successfully verified Please check my below-attached photos Proof

I am facing the same issue while trying to verify my ID. This time, I used my Indian government-issued PAN card, which I obtained when I was 21 years old. I am now 34, and over these 13 years, my appearance has changed slightly. Despite this, every time I try to verify myself in front of the camera, the process is denied. I'm also worried because I received a message stating that my Fiverr profile may be completely closed. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter.

I received the verification email last night, I came here (Forum) this morning, and saw @Kesha's post and checked the comments to see who did it and how. And I'll verify the information in the morning.

Although I was a little scared, but it was actually very easy and cool.

@KeshaI am Shirani I have problem to verify my account I used my government issued ID for it.  But it was rejected by Ai on all three occasions.  My age is 59 and I am currently working full time at Fiverr.   I currently have only the ID card issued by the government.  At this time, due to the situation in my country, it will take a long time to get the passport or driver's license.   It is difficult for me to do.  Kindly request my government issued ID to allow me to verify my account.  I currently have only the identity card given by the government.   Please give me a solution for this.

I got a notification last night about trader verification for the new EU client regulations. I tried to verify with my passport this morning and got denied. My seller profile is now offline. i did same and got same verification, which failed; however, i read on forum Pan card  is working best for this

I finally succeeded in verifying my account after reaching out to the Fiverr support team. For anyone still facing issues, ensure that the name and details on your documents match exactly. Also, make sure your face is clean, clearly visible, and positioned properly in front of the camera with full zoom. 😊
