Same, it has unpaused my ancient gigs. 😅 Like from 2017, very bad and embarrassing gigs. Probably looked very unprofessional for few days.

Hi @Kesha: I Joined fiverr back in 2021 and got my ID verified on 02/12/2023. 
Today I got notification to get verify my information for EU Clients. 

I then selected "Outside of my primary job or profession" option and clicked next. 
then got screen which says " You're all set". 
My questions are: 

1. would i able to be accessable for EU Clients after 17th Feb? 
2. Can i still add profession section in my account later on because i still not used that option in my profile? 

Please Answer. Thank you in advance.

Hm. I verified my ID YEARS ago and it's still making me do it again. Other people are saying it's recognizing that after putting in their address. Was I somehow unverified? (That doesn't make mush sense.)

What if someones age was under 18 but around 14 years old and created the account before 2023 and verified it with their parent identification already, what they will do? does they will again verify with their parents identification?

I understand someone from the EU cannot order with me if I don't verify. Can they still send me a message?

For example, I have previous buyers from the EU, would they still be able to message me if I don't verify?

Hi Kesha,

Seems like I have the same problem as many other users. I am a pro seller (Top rated) and I tried verification using my national ID card and it failed and now all of my gigs are offline. I have verified all the details a few years ago and since I got this notification just now I tried this and failed. This is frustrating and seems like I'm not the only one who has this issue. After being a pro seller for 5 years this is unbelievable. What should I do now?

Hi, Guys, 

Today I received a letter in my email. For European Union (EU) clients, my details and verification.

I have successfully processed it, but my ID has not been verified here. I have my Driving License which is given to me by my government. But it is not approved. I tried three times and now I get in my email "We cannot approve your seller profile". But, how is this possible?

Hi there! 

Yes, since it looks like you are completely verified, you will continue to be visible to our EU users.

Further, yes. This IDV question does not particularly impact your ability to qualify for the professions feature. As long as you meet all the other requirements, you will still be eligible to sign up for professions if you so choose.

Hi! You can confirm with CS whether or not you still need to do it. If you have done it before, you should be good to go.

Assuming that it is your name on the account, you should verify the account with your information moving forward. If you run into any issues, please contact CS.

I have verified my account before now when I got notification about verification again, I give it a try again but the software ID verification attempt was failed and they shut down my seller account for everywhere while it says clearly that selling on EU will not be available. Can you explain that?

I did my verification today using the option "outside the primary job or profession", and then it said I'm already verified. After some time I received a query from a European client, as soon as I started talking to buyer, Fiverr suddenly blocked the buyer and his chat disappeared, although he asked me a simple query. I believe Fiverr is blocking European client on my gig. But why ??? Even after verification???
