Yes, you can still use Fiverr, but you won’t be displayed to clients in Europe, which may negatively affect your sales.

I tried verifying both my national ID card and passport but both were not accepted by the Fiverr system and now my account is blocked and I can't take on any new orders. All the details I entered were 100% correct but now Fiverr is telling me I'm not a verified seller anymore and my account is restricted.

I have already completed the verification once in the past earlier in 2024 and there were no issues. I used the same passport and everything. I have also been on Fiverr for 2 years with a perfect success score and top rated status and now suddenly I'm just blocked? How can that be possible?

I have a support ticket open but they stopped responding. Please advise.

Same thing happened here. I've been a verified seller for 12 years on the site but I've grown a beard since I last took my ID photo 4+ years ago so I can't get my selfie verified. It doesn't even let you go through the process again so even if i did shave I'm still screwed.

Be warned if you do the verification process even if you're already verified there's a chance it fails and you lose the ability to have a gig. If you take a selfie right now would it 100% match your license even with the new lighting of your phone?

Hello Madam, @Kesha ,

I am a full-time freelancer and currently have a temporary license (paper form). I also have a valid passport, which I attempted to upload twice for verification, but it was not approved. I am unsure why my passport was rejected. Due to this issue, I am unable to send custom offers to my clients.

When I tried to verify my account again, I encountered the following error:  I cleared my cookies and retried, but the issue persists.?name=mceclip1.png

You are more than welcome to continue using Fiverr as a buyer if you would like.

@KeshaI hope this message finds you well. I recently attempted to verify my ID on Fiverr, but my submission was unfortunately not successful. I have reviewed the process carefully but am unsure of the specific reason for the rejection.

Could you please provide clarification regarding why my previous submission was declined? I am eager to rectify any issues and complete the verification successfully.

Additionally, I kindly request one last opportunity to resubmit my driving license for verification. I am confident that I can provide all the required details correctly this time.

I completed this new verification process and, I have to report a bug.

It un-paused some of my ancient gigs that I created as a beginner and, I had to pause them again.

Unfortunately, I am unable to diagnose why your IDV process failed. If you have not done so yet, please contact CS for assistance on this matter.

If you joined in 2023, you should already be verified, though there is no way for you to check that status on your end. I would recommend trying to go through the process to see if it prompts you to proceed. As an alternative, you may also reach out to CS for confirmation.
