I did verification when they introduced Professions. Now, it only asked for my name and address.

In just 5 seconds, it notified me that everything is okay.

The same thing happened to me. I had already verified my ID when adding my profession. I just needed to add the information, and within a few seconds, I received the same notification. When I tried again, it said, "You are all set."

I had the same issue. My ID was already verified but it still asked me for a verification again. Proceed with it. There will be no issues. It will ask for your name, address, phone number, CNIC which you already used it for the initial verification (when account was created) and then live picture of yours (camera will be turned on which I did it via laptop).

Well, honestly, those who verified their ID during the profession-adding process don’t need to submit their ID card, driving license, or selfie again. As soon as they add their business information, the system will automatically complete the third process for them.

This could be due to several reasons.

If you joined Fiverr before 2023 and haven't completed the ID verification process in the pass, you will need to do so.

@KeshaThanks for sharing your information. 

I have a quick question: My Fiverr Account was verified via NID Card on (Friday, ‎December ‎15, ‎2023)  and No was selected in the W9 form. Currently, the New verification option "Business & Personal info" option on my profile settings didn't show. If I try to verify the direct link that you attached to this post it shows (Session expired).

 

As I verified my account VIA NID card before, now again I have to verify again my account? If yes, how can I verify now as "Business & Personal info" doesn't show on my profile and the direct link does not work for me it shows (Session expired)
