I have one of my client waiting to send him the bill for his work & i am waiting to get my account reinstated. Its been hurting me emotionally & financially both.

I have the exact same issue 😪 waiting for customer support's reply

i am still facing session timeout window while verfication.. not sure it means. no clear indication.

Not sure what's going on with Fiver...Not able to manage it seems.

Hello

              I am having problem with ID verification. I have uploaded correct files but it said "Your verification failed. You won’t be able to sell on Fiverr at this time. For more questions contact Customer Support"

I guess many of us having same issue?

Hello, I am a new seller. I paid the $20 to join Kickstarter so I could do the ID verification. However, after I press consent to have the camera turned on and take a picture of my ID, the camera NEVER turns on and it then says ID verification failed. This has cost me my first sale where I was not verified a buyer was given issues with completing their order and they gave up. I have opened a ticket but please help me.

I haven't received any notification that I am verified. its just a prompt.

Did you opted outside my primary profession? Did you upload any document or you get the notification of All set after choosing outside my primary profession

I have chosen (outside my primary profession) as I use Fiverr as a side hustle.

And I didn't have to upload any documents for that.

I am not a customer support specialist, but thought I'd say a suggestion in case it helps. Did you try someone else's phone? Maybe there is a bug with the app interacting with the camera specifically on your phone.

@t4ke0_ but my gigs are not showing even varification has done  and you are all set status showing I did varification on friday but gigs are not living and even I cannot create the offer

for me after giving it access to camera, it  says "Couldn't access camera". the app fiverr is using is full of bugs.

and I have tested browser camera permission on online browser camera testing websites, its works perfectly, there is nothing wrong with my phone, using latest version of chrome browser in mobile + pc as well.

create a ticket to support stuff and tell them about it also include a screenshot, i believe they will be able to solve the problem .
