I cannot accept if the reason is the evaluation period in the middle of the month. There was an error. Fiverr should have the track record of everyone and there is no way this oversight should be enforced.
I've sent a ticket and waiting for a solution now.

edit: I haven't redo the verification. I still have to finish up some family issue until Tuesday or so. I will try to do verification after that day.

Don't worry once you verify your account successfully. Wait 24 hours for the system to update and you will get your success score back.

The same thing happened to my account as well. I failed to verify the first time, sent the support a ticket, and waited, after 20 hours, they responded giving me another attempt to verify. This time it was successful, and when I asked support why I received the message that my top-rated seller status was slipping and I couldn't see my success score anymore. They told me, and I quote "I checked your account and yes, I can see what you mean.
 
Don't worry, this is just temporary. Please give our system some time to update your account."

After 24 hours, I got my success score back, so don't worry, everything will be fine as long as you follow the instructions well.

check ur gig and see if its active or not if it is then you are and u can send ur clients offers and stuff 🙂

Ok. mine is also active again but I verified it as a side job now, but my gigs are not shown yet, did this happen to you too?

wait 24 hours if it doesn't u can contact CS again  , in my case i went to gigs and saw my gig are active again my but my score gone to 0 and i saw many saying that u have to wait 24 hours to get it back to normal .

Same question???  I also got this type of interface, but didn't receive any notification or any email.. So we are good to go? or nothing to worry about?

so far i think is good cuz u can start sending offers to ur client and take orders and before u couldnt due to failed verification and seller status restricted and all the gigs deactivated.

how were the CS resolve it? they said this to me, but i couldn't find the verify button there. and they're haven't reply me again. i've been restricted for 3 days now

When I start the verification, do you know how to get these two options?

 

  • Outside of my primary job or profession
  • As part of my primary job or profession

 

CS reset My verification but I do not get these two options I want to choose the first one. but I directly get into the second option.

 

UPDATE:

never mind guys I know what is the issue I had a profession created so when you do you  will not get the first option 

now it's working for me

@coconut_art thanks for helping you said my Gigs will be back in few hours, right?

first i got the mail from cs saying my acc is reinstated and i need to verify again and to verify it i went to setting and there u will see personal and business verfication option so i clicked on it and i got 2 options my side job or primary and selected my side job and i m done .

I believe I'm having the same issue that everyone is experiencing here, I contacted customer support then requested a ticket explaining the problem of identity verification but unfortunately no response yet, my gigs are not showing and my success score turned to zero, is there any quick solution for this cause my clients can't make any orders and I fear this situation is really stressful, seeing all my progress through the years go to waste like that because of a this error

I have the same "session expired" problem mentioned by other users here. I contacted CS two days ago but still no response. Has anyone with the problem been contacted by CS? I would like to do the verification as soon as possible.

Has someone had this before? That in between verified and gigs are shown again that it takes some hours/days? For Fiverr & @Kesha, its about my fiaaddicks_mlg account. Thank you!

UPDATE! After many CS interventions a wonderful CS rep named Georgina, thought that my phone App may be interfering and suggested that I temporarily DELETE THE FIVERR APP WHILE VERIFYING. Yes!!!!! That worked!!   I am finally verified!
 

(This is the olde message) I have tried at least 20 times. I have gone back and forth with CS and done everything they requested and still nothing is working. I had no idea about this EU issue. Now I am VERY concerned. 
 

Every time I hit the link it just takes me back to my profile. I tried a 3 different browsers, using another computer, clearing my cache and clearing pop ups etc. can anyone tell me if they have had this issue and what will work? 
 

Kesha can you help me?

But a new issue occured now.
Before the restriction two days ago, my success score is 10/10.
Then restriction made all gigs unavailable and during evaluation period yesterday (it is the 15th of this month) it drops into -/10.
Now my seller status is reactivated and my gigs are back, but my success score still stay -/10.

Does it means Fiverr did not track my entire previous works and based it only after the latest evaluation even if it is an error? 
Am I going to lose the top seller status because of it?

I'm still waiting for response from the customer support. This is insane, a separate issue caused by the previous issue in the system.

Could you help me with this? Or am I supposed to lose my top seller status and redo it all over again?

Hi! 

I see your success score is still in tact on the back end. 

If it is still appearing as -/10, it may just need some time to update.
