I'm a freelancer, and new to Fiverr but I've heard you don't need to link card information a second time after you've linked it on your account. After a buyer had confirmed an order they sent me a link that asked to list card information in order to receive the funds - and the card should have at least 

200. Again, I'm new to Fiverr but couldn't find any answers online so I'm wondering if this is normal or a scam.
