Do I Have to Enter My Card Information On Links from Buyers?

I'm a freelancer, and new to Fiverr but I've heard you don't need to link card information a second time after you've linked it on your account. After a buyer had confirmed an order they sent me a link that asked to list card information in order to receive the funds - and the card should have at least €200. Again, I'm new to Fiverr but couldn't find any answers online so I'm wondering if this is normal or a scam.

It's a scam. Report the buyer and block him.

It is a scam. Be aware of such orders, block them, and report the buyer. You do not need to share card numbers to receive payments for any order.
