Hi everyone, I have 4 gigs in my account, and on two orders I have been getting for the previous two months, there have been no orders for the other two gigs. Now, my success score is at level 2 and is at risk. Upon investigation, I found that the two gigs with no orders for the previous two months had a negative impact.

In my search, I found that by deleting those gigs, the success score can be restored based on the two gigs where I am getting orders.

I want to ask whether I need to delete the gigs with a negative impact or if I can just pause them to improve my success score.

I had similar problem on 20 November and after trying to pause the affected Gig for 3days no changes in the success score. I had to eventually delete the Gig and after doing so, on the 12th of December I discovered that I'm back at success score 7 which is safer for now. I'm planning on getting it higher.

Key Takeaway

If the Gigs Have Negative Metrics (e.g., cancellations or poor reviews)

Deleting them is the best option, as the metrics won’t weigh down your success score anymore after deletion.

Advice

1. To avoid having to take such heartbreaking decisions in the future, do this below 👇

Ensure high-quality delivery, timely responses, and excellent ratings for the gigs currently receiving orders.

2. If the Gigs Are Simply Inactive (no orders, low clicks/impressions):

Pausing them might be a great first step, especially if you believe they have potential for improvement.

Regards

Adewale

Just pause it, simple.

Not sure where you found the answer to 'delete the gig'.
