I noticed that my success score recently dropped to 4, with the reasons listed as "

," both showing a negative impact. I would like clarification on how these metrics are calculated, as I always strive to deliver excellent service. I respond to all client messages promptly and ensure that communication is clear and professional. All my clients have been satisfied with their orders, and I’ve never received complaints about communication. Anyone here please tell me what might have caused this negative impact? Regarding to Conflict free orders I have never had a canceled order or any disputes, and all my clients have been satisfied with their deliveries. How is this metric impacted in such cases?
