Success score system dosen't seem to wotk properly

I noticed that my success score recently dropped to 4, with the reasons listed as "Effective Communication" and "Conflict-Free Order," both showing a negative impact. I would like clarification on how these metrics are calculated, as I always strive to deliver excellent service. I respond to all client messages promptly and ensure that communication is clear and professional. All my clients have been satisfied with their orders, and I’ve never received complaints about communication. Anyone here please tell me what might have caused this negative impact? Regarding to Conflict free orders I have never had a canceled order or any disputes, and all my clients have been satisfied with their deliveries. How is this metric impacted in such cases?

I don't understand either. I always complete projects for customers ahead of schedule. Customers consistently give excellent ratings and express satisfaction, often exceeding their expectations. However, my Success Score keeps dropping🥲

Metrics update regularly, so focus on delivering top-notch service and clear communication to improve them over time. If you believe the metrics are inaccurate, consider reaching out to Fiverr Support for clarification

You'd be surprised if you found out what is going on in your private reviews; some of your clients actually gave negative review regarding your 'Effective Communication'. What is more strange is, you might have actually communicated a lot with them and they gave 5 star in the public review. But in the private review, they might have rated you negtively, because they didn't find your communication adequate. And there is nothing you can do about this!!!

Many times customers do not click on hidden reviews.

Since the word "review" is banned in chat, I don't want to beg customers for good reviews.

Work, don't chat, don't need to say much about issues that both my customers and I understand.

Fiverr makes this very difficult for sellers. I feel the seller is under too much pressure !🥲

That's not what's happening to a lot of us.  FIVERR refuses to say it's an issue.  My Success Score continues to drop (3 points in last two months), yet I've had a record number of repeat customers and a few new customers which I've turned around work for in quickly as a single 24 hour period.  I smell BS.
