Hi everyone,

Recently, someone attempted to reset my Fiverr password, and I was automatically logged out of my account. To secure everything, I immediately changed my password, secured my email, and scanned my computer for malware but everything seems fine on my end.

I reached out to Fiverr Support to explain the situation and asked for help restoring my account, but I haven’t received a response yet. It’s been over 48 hours since my last follow up.

This is really frustrating since I’m a new seller and just found my winning gig. I even got some orders recently and want to keep building my reputation.

Has anyone been through this before? How long does it usually take for support to respond? Any advice would mean a lot!

Hi Nizar, sorry to read this was the case with your account. The team is working on it and will let you know as soon as the account is safe to be used, so please wait patiently to hear back from them. They've been experiencing high volume of new tickets for quite some time now, that's why it's taking them a bit longer than usual to get to all the tickets.
