I have an issue that I have raised with Customer Support and they don't seem to be doing anything about it.

So I've noticed that I've been receiving more 4-star reviews than normal. My buyers, who I KNOW are very happy, leave a long list under "areas to improve". Now one client admitted that he THOUGHT he was selecting things he LIKED. I mean, my super-happy clients are leaving incredible reviews, but they're 4 stars, with an enormous list of things to improve on. Seems to me they all think they're selecting attributes that they like. This is incredibly dangerous for us sellers and our reputation. I mean, apparently buyers can even use AI to craft reviews, and one review said I need to improve my professionalim and meticulousness of delivery. I asked the buyer about it, so that I could improve, and he said these are attributes he selected as GOOD things and the feedback system messed it up!

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? For me it's a nightmare. I don't know what to do 😞 Where are the days when buyers could just select the number of stars?

I have not experienced such bugs so far but multiple people have complained about receiving 4-star reviewd\s from buyers who are using their mobile apps to leave reviews. 

And at the moment, system seems to be plagued with bugs. So I won't be surprised if a buyer chooses areas they are happy with but review get posted with areas which require improvement. 😞
