Having a problem with my refund

I had ordered a gig from someone and after i paid them the money they pretty much ignored me, then asked me for more money and only wanted to talk on discord. so after 2 weeks i put in a ticket for my order to be cancelled, it was cancelled yesterday by Monique she sent me an email letting me know the money was refunded back to my fiverr account. It has not been refunded back my account balance still says $0, I wrote her back yesterday and explained the refund was not back on my account. she wrote me back saying "she can confirm the money was added back" but my account says $0 i wrote her back and sent a screenshot of my fiverr account showing her my balance is still $0, I have not heard anything back. And I need that $158 back so I can purchase another gig since that one did not work out. I really need to talk to someone about this issue. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. or if I can get the money added back to my bank card thats how I purchased the gig. Thank You.
