Envato music in voice over with broadcast license

I am a new voice over artist, and I want to offer the Background Music option. But I am using music from my Envato Elements subscription and that license does not cover Broadcasting. So, what happens if a client wants me to add music with the Broadcast license option? I can't do that without having to go back to Envato and paying for a Broadcast license.
