I created a new account, and everything was going fine at first. I uploaded a video to my gig, but my account was marked as unapproved due to its length. Now I cannot see any of my gigs and cannot edit them to fix the issue.

I had an old account, but I deleted it to make a fresh start.

I would appreciate it if you could assist me.

This is the main reason of your second account being not approved because you are not allowed to create a second account if your 1st account was not performing well. Kindly read Terms of Services again.

But I never used that account, and I moved to another country, which is why I wanted to create a new account. Otherwise, I didn’t engage in any active activities on that account. How can we resolve this situation?

Whether you have used it or not, but it was already created which led to a violation of TOS. It looks like that it will never be resolved.
