Hi Fiverr Forum!

it's been over 90 days since my old account got disabled (92 days to be exact) and I haven't received a withdrawal email.

My old account was disabled on September 11 and I already sent an email to Fiverr Support about it, but I got an automated response. Please I need a proper response from Fiverr support on how to withdraw my money as i really need it and worked hard for it. My ticket #12606248 

Maybe you can help me reach out to them to do the needful @ana_tomy @Lena

Hi there,

1. Check Your Email

Fiverr often sends an email with instructions once the withdrawal is ready And based on my last knowledge about this, you have 7 days ultimatum to withdraw your funds.

Check your spam/junk folder and ensure the email associated with your account is active and accessible.

2. Contact Fiverr Support

Visit Fiverr Support and submit a request. Provide the following details:

  • Your old account username.
  • The email linked to the account.
  • The date the account was disabled.

Mention that it has been over 90 days and you haven’t received any communication about withdrawing your funds.

 

ADVICE:

  1. Ensure compliance with Fiverr’s policies to avoid account issues in the future.
  2. Regularly withdraw funds to minimize risks of inaccessible balances.

In the meantime, please don't create any more tickets on the same subject as that won't get the issue resolved any faster.
