Success Score keeps dropping. Support won't tell me what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

Hello - first time poster to the forum.  

I'm really struggling with my success score.  I am going to lose my Level 2 status within a month that I've worked so hard on this year to build up. I have had great growth in new client work, perfect client ratings, and even an increase in repeat order customers yet my success score has dropped 2 points.  I've gone from an 8 to 6 score over the back half of the year.  On Jan 9, 2025 I'm going to lose my Leve 2 status unless I "turn things around".

I created a support ticket asking for suggestions and all I got was some copy pasta about the "algorithm" being in total control of FIVERR.

I read about success scores in the documentation and I'm taking everything that was mentioned already into account.  The was a great and the things to watch out for - and yet none of these things seemingly are out of sorts (https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/21965360854673-Success-score)

  • Negative Reviews
    • I have glowing 5 star reviews
  • Late Deliveries
    • I have always worked out an extension when the client or I need more time.  I have never delivered an order "tagged" as late. 
  • Order Cancellations
    • I've never had an order cancellation.
  • Poor Communication
    • I have good client communication.  I am sometimes unable to respond to clients immediately if they are overseas as I'm sleeping but I've communicated that out appropriately when I indicate my time zone so we are on the same page.
  • Conflicts
    • Never had a conflict with a client.  I address all open issues until they are happy.
  • Decreased Client Satisfaction
    • Clients leave feedback that I exceed expectations.

If anyone has any suggestions or more helpful tips than what Support gave me, that would be absolutely amazing.  Thank you

Hi! I'm facing the same problem. I've never broken the rules about Success Score too. However, the other day turned in the order, as a result, after that the rating went down from 8 to 7, it is not clear for what reason, if the order is turned in advance, the buyer was happy and left a review of 5 out of 5

I think I went down an entire point because I setup one of these new "Professions".  Turns out the Professions are averaged into the success score metric somehow.  None of that was not made readily clear when I received an email from FIVERR suggesting I set one up.  More black box algorithms and details I'm sure we'll never get to see. 

I deleted the Profession yesterday and my score dropped again lol

Success Scores should be entirely based on your own capabilities and strengths.  Pitting FIVERR members against each other is not what I signed up to do here.  I can't win for trying.
