After the original order has been placed, how is it that voice over clients are able to purchase an add-on, -at a price much lower than what I usually charge (10 USD per 50 words) ? And how can I change that setting ??? I've combed through all the pricing details for that gig, at no point am I offering this pricing.

At the bottom of the order page, you have the option to "offer extras" - you can send a custom quote on the order page along with scope fo work and additional amount. Buyer will get the link to make the payment and additional amount will get added to the original order amount.

You can also increase order duration using same feature like add a day or two extra to the order duration while sending the custom quote.

Hy Priyank_Mod !

Thank you for getting back to me. I'm having a look at the bottom of the order page, but I'm not seeing this particular extra, that the buyer seems to be able to select. See screenshot. The buyer placed an order for an extra called 'I will Additional 50 words' for 10 USD. Not seeing this in this list...

It's not in your add-on section; it's under the "pricing" tab when you edit your gig. Although, I've never seen a notification like that. Weird.

Yes, I did ! I used to have it for 10 USD, but that was over a year ago........

It's a bug. Sometimes the system holds on to deleted add-ons. Email support@fiverr.com.
