Please I need help, I am a new seller but I have problems to receive my first order pay

Hello everyone, I'm new to Fiverr and I'm having a problem setting up my payment method as a seller. A customer placed an order and I received a notification from Fiverr about the order in my email, with an ad about banking and credit card logos appears. My only way to receive payment is with Paypal not a credit card. On my page I go to billing and payments to configure my Paypal account but I have a problem, the page gives me a notification that they have not been able to authorize my credit card, that I must use another payment method. what should i do? I have the customer waiting and I have not been able to resolve this to formally receive his order.

HI there, do you have the order visible on the platform? You don't need to add any details for a buyer to be able to place an order, so I'm guessing this is a scam.

The order don´t appear on my profile 😔 this user write me by message, ask my email and the next step was an email by fiverr was sent in my inbox message with a transaction ID. What I gonna do?

This is a scam for sure, so please report the user and in case you've shared your card details, contact your bank. Sadly, your account might get blocked since you've shared your email address, and that's a violation of our Terms of Service. In case that doesn't happen, I highly recommend reading them along with Community Standards before you even start using the platform.
