Review without file

Hi everyone, I don't understand because portfolio live doesn' work.

The first one review I receved have file with my work but the other dont' have, do you know why?

This is because on Fiverr buyers have the option to allow the finished work to be displayed on the gig's live portfolio when they leave a review.

Ah, so I can't do anythings to change this. I've think it's was a problem
