1. You can't do that on Fiverr. Buyers reach out to sellers here. 

2. You don't have gigs on your profile - create gigs, so that buyers can find you.

Hi Kyle, welcome to Fiverr. Since you're new to the platform, I highly recommend reading Terms of Service and Community Standards in order to get familiar with how the platform actually works, what's allowed and what's considered a violation.

If you would like to ask the community for suggestions on your Gig after you've created them (up to 4 as a new seller), feel free to post in the Gig Advice section. You can also read through topics in the Tips for Sellers section which contains advice from experienced Fiverr freelancers.
