Because they removed the link/some of the function to search by username. It used to go to that if a search term wasn't found for a gig. You could ask CS/staff why.

But if you know the username of the seller you can just just put fiverr.com/the_user_name and press enter and it will show you their profile.

If you only now part of the username, the way of searching still exists if you type it into the browser URL section:

ie: https: //www.fiverr.com/search/users?query=the_first_part_of_the_user_name_you_want_to_search_for&search_in=everywhere&source=no-results&page=1

/\ remove the space affter http: above and replace "the_first_part_of_the_user_name_you_want_to_search_for" with the actual first part of the seller username you want to search for. And press enter.

Normally they'll find you through your gig, by searching for a service you offer. Then once at the gig they can click on your username to go to your profile (one the usernames on the page anyway).
