I don't have the option to make an offer

Hello everyone, I need help to be able to make an offer. I have been using fiverr for over a year now and my last offer I made was two months ago, today I was going to make a offer on MD but I can't find the option, I have tried doing it from the web page on the computer and also on the mobile app but I still can't find the option to make a offer. Can someone please explain to me why this is happening and if there is a solution? Thanks a lot for your attention!

Can you please eloborate? Which offer are you talking about?

You don't have any active gigs. What happened to your gigs? 

A custom offer needs to be tied to an active gig.
