I worked in one order and the buyer was satisfied with the project.

He approved the order with 5 star review, and YES after 8 MINUTES the order was cancelled by customer support without I know the reason.

What's is going on with Fiverr? Is this a bug? @Kesha

Seems to be part of the new Fiverr Process: lack in support via a robot Ai chat, the customer support just canceled the order without analyse deep that the order was made as per requirements.

I still don't understand why they canceled an order Approved by the buyer, with a great review 🤡

Is the buyer still on Fiverr? If he's not, he did a refund via his payment method and Fiverr automatically closes their account. Since this happened very quickly after the review process, it certainly seems like that's the issue. Unless the buyer is still on the platform, in which case it could be something else. The order can be canceled if the buyer did a refund for it, so it was never paid for...

Is not a refund problem. Is a Customer Support Problem in only 8 minutes they went to the conclusion that I did not delivered the order properly. And they said if I believe the cancellation was not the right I need proof it 🤣

In other words: they did not analysed the order, nothing was checked. This is why in 8 minutes was canceled even being approved by the buyer.

How sad the things are going with Fiverr and Customer Support, probably was some Artificial Intelligence that canceled the order.

Maybe he went to support and complained behind your back. Who knows.. There are many great buyers on Fiverr, but also sketchy ones.

Most likely it was automated. Support won't cancel the orders in 8 minutes, their average response time is longer than an hour for sure. 

Can you open/access buyer's profile? Is your review visible on buyer's profile??

Still, we all need to know one thing: Is that buyer's profile still active on Fiverr or not? Let us know so that we can understand your situation better.

 Is impossible to analyse an order in only 8 minutes... nothing was analysed inside the order. This is the new process of Fiverr they cancel and you need complain to prove your are right!

Discuss with Fiverr Support again and ask for a compensation too if you are eligible for it. Provide them evidences/proofs that you completed an order according to buyer's requirements.

In 8 minutes they went in favor of buyer, but as a Seller I'll be here waiting for +12 hours to get some answers from Customer Support 🤣

Depends on his case and if they feel/see that he is eligible for compensation then they will..

Nope. @mateusbl's review doesn't show up on the buyer's profile.

Well I think it was so quickly, in only 8 minutes they canceled the order... when I opened it I was able only to reply his feedback. But I can not review him 🙄 At any case I have nothing to complain about the buyer, from beginning to end he expressed be satisfied 🤔

Clearly the dude asked for his money back and his account was removed. That's why the order was canceled. I had this happen myself and having a refund a few minutes after the order seems the most plausible thing.

I will advice that you confirm to know if the buyer's account is still active on fiverr.
1. If no, it means he probably got flagged for violating Fiverr's policy such as plagiarism, miscommunication, or unauthorized use of third-party content.
2. If yes, He might have cancelled before discovering that something is probably not right about the delivery and felt like taking that step before it's too late. If this is the case you can reach out to the buyer to gather intel.
3. Another thing you can do is to gather evidence like screenshot of the review and ratings, chats with the buyer where he confirmed that the service was up to par or related conversation (you know what i mean). Approach Fiverr customer support with these evidence (be polite and professional) Mention that the order was approved with a 5-star review and emphasize your confusion over the abrupt cancellation.
4. Finally, Learn and move on. Unfortunately, some situations might not resolve favorably. Focus on learning from the incident and improving your profile to attract reliable clients.
