Why can a buyer cancel an order after delivery?!

This what just happened to me and I think I am a victim of fraud!!

How can it be, that a buyer can cancel a fully delivered order without the consent of the seller?

I bought an eVisa gift card from Japan for "his nephew". The total cards amount has been used on the same day of purchase and then he cancelled his order!!

I opened a ticket already, but how on earth is fiverr allowing cancellation after delivery?! I am very mad!!

Will I get my money back?

Support never cancels an order on its own unless the client provides solid proof that the work was not done according to the agreement. Similarly, support never forces the seller to accept a cancellation request.

Do you mean, the order got cancelled after delivery, or after completion?
