How To Set Video Thumbnail Image

I uploaded a video to my gig.  The system is now featuring my video instead of the image I want to use.  I can work with that, but the initial image showing in the video is terrible as a first impression.  Two questions:

1. How do I set up an image that I want to show as the first image (video thumbnail)?

2. Preferably, i want the option to feature an image of my choice instead of the video.  Is there a way to do that after uploading a video? This way I can split test which image gets more clicks and sales.
