How to Price an Ad for Help in Fiverr Correctly?

Without getting too specific, I posted a Fiverr ad for someone to personally tutor me on installing an AI art engine on a personal Discord server; I offered $20 when it was recommended I spend $80, and only got one reply in five days, and I reied, I didn't even hear back.  WHat are the ins and outs for this kind of request?  I want guidance about setting ing up in and using Discord, but I don't know who and what to ask.
