Why Support Fiverr page does NOT working?

"Sign in" not working - I can not access 
"My support requests" not working - when I click on this link - I see this "This page isn’t working fiverr.zendesk.com ..."
Vivi, virtual assistant works with huge bugs.
What happens? How reach Fiverr Support?

If you can't get Vivi to work and direct you to support you could contact support at support@fiverr.com email address.

Hi. I have did it four days before - but support@fiverr.com send me on this not working page - they don't want to solve it via email, may be. It is a vicious circle - without any decision.

If they're not helping with email, maybe check your browser allows cookies and scripts from zendek.com if that's what Fiverr uses. Try things like reloading the page with with ctrl+F5 or logging out and back in again. Or just try re-trying other times. It's likely working for other people though staff have said CS are getting a lot of tickets.

Hi there, I see that you've created 5 tickets instead of replying to the existing email. If you keep creating tickets on the same subject, they'll get closed and merged into one and you'll get the auto-response with additional information, so please use one of the tickets you've already created to communicate with the team past the initial response. Good luck 🍀

You are most probably getting SCAMMED!! Report and block the account who is asking you this. 

Fiverr would never ask you to top up a card or add money to it.

The first what I did - I sent email on support@fiverr.com. But all answers were equal:
Here is how:

  1.  Visit Help Center.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Fill in your query, and submit.

i.e Support sends me on the bot Vivi.
No answer on Each my request - each request was assigned a number, and then closed.
On the support page I can not Sign In, can not see my Support Requests.
What I do wrong?

Under, it should also state

I see that you've created another ticket in the meantime, so it's best to wait for the team to get back to you and then choose one ticket to continue the communication by replying to that particular email. Hope this helps 🍀

As a result of whole conversation via email:

all my tickets were closed and merged into one abstract request #...,

which I can not to eather open or read. Support team did not suggest any decision to solve my situation.

Ah, it looks like this isn't a sign in issue. The system has you stuck in limbo while finalizing  your "profession."  It's a(nother) bug. 

Do you see "exit" on the upper right hand corner of your screen? Click that. 

You might lose everything you've done up to that point, but it's either that or hang out with the bugs.

Hi. Thanks for your compassion. When I press "Exit" all my progress saved as a "DRAFT" and waited for the further filling (editing).
