My Account is Temporarily Disabled For Something I Didn't Even DO.

Recently, my account got temporarily hacked and 15-20 sellers were contacted through my account and this message was sent to all buyers (see image). Most of them were asked to provide their emails. I also had some money in Fiverr balance but hacker didnt steal any of it for some reason.

Although, I didn't lose access of my account but my account was being controlled by someone else. I quickly changed my password and after few hours my account was disabled. 

I also received Fiverr's email explaining they have temporarily disabled my account.

My questions are:
1)  What can I do now to remove the restrictions?
2) What are the chances that I will get my account back?
3) Should I contact Fiverr support or will i get another email after some time?
4) How did I get hacked? I didn't clicked on any suspicious links or anything. What are other ways I can get hacked? I would like to know so I can prevent it from happening again.

Hi there, sorry to read this was the case with your account. Please contact the Customer Support team as soon as possible to report that your account has been hacked.
