Payment in fiverr

Do we need to send otp for direct bank payments?? one client asked to pay like this.. Is it so??

Buyers pay Fiverr in advance to create an Order, as further detailed in the Payment Terms. Buyers may not offer direct payments to Sellers using payment systems outside of the Fiverr platform. For your safety, all payments are made through Fiverr on the Order page, and Buyers pay for orders in advance. If you are asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to Customer Service immediately. Send an email to support@fiverr.com with all the screenshots you have and block that user.
