What type of message I've write to the Fiverr support that I get my actual solutions. I won't get my gig publish problem solving answer from the support team

I faced this issue very badly. I can't publish my gig for making mistakes in ID verification I guess. I messaged Fiverr support again and again to try to understand but Fiverr gave me this answer. What can I do now? What are the correct questions I should ask for this problem?
