How can I find the Get Briefs option?

Hey there!

I am a new seller. And I am looking for Get Briefs option. From a past inquiry answer, I got to know how to find it, but that option is unavailable in my account, when I went to My Business > Gigs > the top right part there's only Accepting Custom Order option available. No Get brief option is there. 

Can anyone guide me, please?

Breifs are not available for New Sellers.
