I have just started my journey on Fiverr though not new to the industry...

Hey Guys,

This is Seema- New on Fiverr but not to the industry per se...I have a few queries and hope that you guys can help me understand how & what works on this platform. 

1) How to reach out to other fellow freelancers ( in the same category to pass on or refer or get referred for the projects )

2) Seller plus helps in promoting the gig? Sponsored ads option help? 

3) Since we can't pitch to clients like Upwork, do we have to only wait for the client to notice us? or things have changed here for the better?

1. I recommend avoiding approaching other freelancers on Fiverr to request work, as it’s not allowed under Fiverr’s guidelines.
2. Seller Plus doesn’t guarantee more business, but it’s worth trying to see if it provides any benefits for your gigs.
3. Fiverr operates differently from Upwork. On this platform, you’ll need to wait for buyers to find and contact you.

You can’t directly reach out to other freelancers on Fiverr, but you can connect through forums or social media. Networking outside Fiverr can lead to referrals.

Seller Plus provides useful insights and support but doesn’t promote your gigs. Sponsored Ads can help increase your gig’s visibility.

You don’t have to wait for clients to notice you. Optimize your gigs, use strong keywords, stay active.
