Why can't I rasie my Seller Success Score?

I have been a seller since 2017 and was one of the first TRS sellers in the voice over category. Long story short I missed a few deadlines due to an illness due to covid and long covid and was marked down to L2. Then then new seller "success score" came in and I went down to L1. I have been at L1 for about 1 year now and NOTHING I do will increase my success score. My stats at the moment are 100% response rate, over $300,000 in sales, 1700 unique clients, and about 2000 5-star reviews. So with all these great stats why does my success score or seller level never go up? I speak to customer supoprt and they just give me a general answer like keep working it will go up soon ... but it just doesn't.

I'm in the same situation as you. My earnings are over 400k with over 2500 5-star reviews, and I'm stuck at a success score of 6. I've tried everything—regularly talking to the success manager, having monthly calls, even doing video calls, and creating personalized videos for each client—but my success score just won't budge beyond 6.

@emmao123 @shokatalam There are literally 100's of posts on the forum, discussing the same issue.

You guys need to spend more time on the forum and read the experiences of other sellers in the last 1 year. There are no readymade answers or tricks like old times. System is complex and one needs to spend time and effort on understanding it, for one's own good and progress on the platform.
