I cant Publish my first Gig. How can I Submit my Ids again, if once I got rejection in profile verification to publish my gig? Also, I sent a Customer support Request and email but after 20 hours I did not get an answer yet

Hello, I was creating a gig on Fiverr, and at the time of publishing, the platform asked me to verify my seller account using the phone number or QR code and submit my official government IDs,I think I made a mistake I used my existing Photo without taking a selfie. I followed all the steps carefully and in the end, they rejected the verification, Now I'm worried & about what to do now to publish that gig and continue selling on Fiverr.  Already I emailed  <support@fiverr.com> and sent a customer support request but after 20 hours completed I did not get an answer. I hope that Fiverr responds to me within 12 hours but I won't.

Without verification process, you won't be able to publish your gigs so wait for the response from Fiverr Support if you have submitted your ticket.
