Once an account is flagged, the status is not removed. 

The emails that Fiverr is sending to flagged accounts states that the ban is permanent, meaning you will no longer be able to participate in the Level System. It also looks like flagged accounts are hidden from searches, so your only option is to continue working with existing clients, if you have any. Attracting new customers may be impossible, making it unfeasible to earn a living with a flagged account. Unfortunately, this is how flagged accounts operate, and it's a tough reality.

Who will solve it ? Here community member can give suggestion only. The solve only possible from Fiverr Support. So instead of posting here please contact with support immediately. They will tell you the exact reason and give solution. Thanks
