I Need an urgent help from fiver

there is a            guy who is going out of hand, his work can't be done for that amount, and it's not possible either. Moreover, we never said we would do his work. He placed the order himself, and now he’s being irritating Fiverr team doesn't response till now and now I have no idea what to do I never said that I'll do his work maybe now because of it ill lose my reputation Please help

Request support to cancel the order, and inform them that it cannot be done.
