Can I offer two categories of services on the same Fiverr profile?

I currently offer Data Entry services (although I'm not getting enough orders), and I want to provide web development services in addition to that.

Should I delete all data entry gigs and only offer web development gigs? I need Help from Experts...

Yes you're allowed to do that.

Though as new/level 0 seller you can't create a 5th gig, so if you wanted to create a new one you'd need to delete one or go to the next level. If you had >4 before the change of levels it would let you keep them (but not to create a new gig going over that limit I think). I don't think pausing enough of them so you have under 4 would work for allowing you to create a new gig (but you could try).
