Fiverr accounts are empty of orders and impressions have dropped drastically

I was hit by a canceled order in September 2023, from then until now my Fiverr account dropped drastically just because of one canceled order, my orders dropped drastically, impressions dropped drastically, then the system level changed with the success score, and I got a success score of 6, until now even though I've never had a bad review on my gigs since the level system was changed, I still can't level up anymore, and my orders are also quiet, the reviews on my gigs are already 100+ with 4.9 stars, what's wrong should I do? do you have any suggestions?
