I mistakenly asked a buyer for a 5-star review, and they left a 5-star rating with a nice comment. However, my gigs have since been deranked and are now at the bottom. I understand this was a mistake, but is there any way to fix this? Thank you!

If you believe your gig was deranked due to asking a buyer for a 5-star review, that’s unlikely, as it doesn’t directly impact gig ranking.
However, it’s important to note that asking or pushing a buyer for a favorable review is against Fiverr's Terms of Service.
