Hi I am looking to get a refund as the Freelancer has cancelled the order. However before the 5 day period the Freelancer then reinstates the order cancelling the cancellation. This has now gone on for 2 weeks and I am running out of time to have the project finished. I cant seem to get my money back. What can I do?
