Assistance Required please: About Changing or Deleting Fiverr Account

I have not been getting any work on my fiverr account for almost 8 months, due to not being properly active. Now, Should I delete this account and create a new one, or should I continue with this account? Will there be any negative impact on the buyer side like this, since this account has been around for a long time but has no work, the account is not reliable. I am seeking help from experts.

Have you ever read the Terms of Services where it is clearly written that you are not allowed to have multiple accounts or create another account if your first one is not working or disabled etc. So you will have to proceed with the existing account no matter what.

Your niches are super competitive so competition is tough too. Work on improving your gigs i.e. gig descriptions, tags, gig galleries.

Oh sorry, actually I didn't remember that, and yes I am working every day to improve my gigs. But I am worried about whether the methods are correct. sorry brother...!! I didn't remember that at the time. I work everyday to improve my gigs. But I feel lack something here in my progress system. Please could you give me some effective tips?
