How i can Increase my Fiverr Success score?

Last two orders, I have completed one with no reviews and one with 3.7 reviews. the buyer gives 3.7 reviews He was happy with my service and told me everything is ok, with no issues. But when he gives a review, that time he gives me 3.7 reviews after reviews; he did not back on Fiverr. so I could not contact him about what issues he has for giving 3.7 reviews. Now my Fiverr success score is 6, which was 8. Can anyone suggest to me how to increase my Fiverr success score and why it decreased the score?

The client who gave you a 3.7-star rating and another one who didn’t leave a public review may have both left negative private feedback.
