Dear Fiverr Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a warning I received on my account related to an assignment-based task, which has resulted in my level progress being put on hold. This situation is deeply concerning for me as I rely entirely on freelancing to support my family. As the sole breadwinner, any restrictions on my account directly impact my ability to provide for them.

I would like to kindly request clarification on the following:

  1. Reason for the Warning: Could you please specify the exact reason for the warning? Understanding this will help ensure I avoid such issues in the future.
  2. Impact on Level Progress: How does this hold affect my ability to progress on Fiverr, and what can I do to resolve it?
  3. Review and Resolution: Is it possible to review the hold and lift it after I take corrective action or provide further details?

I want to emphasize that I have always strived to follow Fiverr's policies and have never knowingly done anything to violate them. I am committed to adhering to all guidelines and maintaining the highest professional standards.

This situation is causing significant stress, not only professionally but also personally, as my family depends entirely on the income I generate through Fiverr. I sincerely hope you can investigate this matter further and provide a resolution so I can continue contributing meaningfully to the Fiverr community.
