I go through the steps just fine, but by the end after choosing the method, I get a message asking to wait for an email, but nothing is send.

 

I tried 4 or 5 times (and waited more than 24 hours each time like they say) but nothing.

 

I have the setting set to receiving emails, and have no idea what else could be the problem.

 

Does anyone know about this issue and what's its solution?

When setting up the payout method, the process starts with phone number verification. After that, you’ll see a button to request an email. The email contains a link where you can add your details.

Keep in mind that if you try multiple times, it disables the process for 24 hours. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders if the email isn’t in your primary inbox.

If you're still facing the issue, it's best to open a ticket with customer support.

Yeah, I go through the process fine, then the message saying an email was sent appears, but I don't receive it (not in spam or junk).

I did wait days between tries, not just 24 hours.

And yeah, I opened a ticket, they asked for a confirmation that I checked the spam and junk inboxes, and I'm now waiting for their response.

Will you please recheck if you gave proper email address? Was there any typo mistake? I am saying this because I did the same thing. I typed wrong email address.

Yes, but not sure if it would be of any help. I found the message in the "archive" folder, I did already check the "junk" and "spam", but it didn't cross my mind that it'll be "archived".

I forgot to update the post, but it was that the messages for some reason went straight to the "archive" folder.

 

I've checked the "junk" and "spam" so many times with each attempt, but never thought of checking this.
