I am trying to communicate with a seller for some tickets and in my messages I have the message: *** can no longer interact with you. To resume communication, unblock show_similar_gigs. How do I unblock this? I really need to reconnect because I don't have my tickets yet.

Hi! 

If you did not block this seller, it is possible that the seller was removed from the platform for violating our Terms of Service. 

I would recommend reaching out to CS for further clarification.
