How do I remove the negative impact on my gig?

It's probably at least partly because some buyer are giving a low rating for "how satisfied are you with this delivery." (or something like that) when giving the private ratings. For 'conflict free orders' I think someone said that asking for extensions might affect that (maybe that's the "frequency and nature of reported disputes" bit - if you keep asking for extensions or something like that).
