Unfair fiverr cancellation

Hello fiverr community, Is fiverr really that unfair? And only supports buyer. My order was cancelled, despite delivering the work. It was a complex software program in rslogix 5000. I have tested it in the simulation and it works just fine. But its obvious, you have to make some changes to make it work in the physical system. Why is it my fault if the buyer is un educated, and don't even know how to use the software. And i told the buyer to come on the meeting so i can educate him how its done, but he wanted to do it by himself. They think its plug and play. This is very frustrating thing, even though you have hard work in delivering the order, But the order gets cancelled. Sellers need protection too on Fiverr.

I find it very strange that you have such low (starting) prices for PLC programming.

People often forget that scammers are attracted by very low prices.
