I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Fiverr account. I am currently unable to activate my gigs, and I noticed the message, "This page is available only to approved Fiverr sellers."

Could you please guide me on why this restriction is in place and what steps I need to take to resolve the issue? I want to ensure my account complies with Fiverr's policies and requirements.

I'm also unable to activate my gig because when I try to verify my identity, Fiverr "tells" me to create a new account instead of letting me take a photo with my ID. I sent in a Help Ticket to find out why this is happening.
