why does it feel like a scam ?

why does my fiver account feels like I don't earn anything  specially the last couple of years.
especially after using the promoted gigs.
also is anyone can help me to price my work since i have an imposter syndrome.
Also my sanity depends on how much hard work i have done in my life and feels like not improving.
I had some bad reviews since 24 was the not the perfect year for me.

Your category is not super crowded.

So you can do a like-to-like comparison of "quality of work" with the Pro and TRS sellers in your category. And if you feel you're at par with them or better than them, then simply match the prices. 

Also, since you have professional education and work experience in domain - I highly recommend applying to Fiverr Pro. Your category barely has 10 Pro sellers. A pro tag with a minimum $100 pricing requirement can do a world of good for your profile. (https://www.fiverr.com/cp/pro-freelancers).
