Money from Fiverr disappears on its own, and there's no way to contact support.

Hello!

I hope someone has already dealt with this because, yet again, my money has been charged for Promoted Gigs, even though I’m not promoting anything. Once again, I owe this platform money for services I didn’t request and, of course, didn’t receive. What’s even more frustrating is that I tried reaching out to support, but they’ve updated their request form, and now it’s just some dumb AI bot responding. It doesn’t understand what I need and can’t escalate the issue to a real support agent.

That’s why I’m writing here, hoping the support team might show up somewhere and actually do their job.

I need an explanation of why the money was charged, what it was charged for, especially since I didn’t order anything. Most importantly, I want to know how to stop this and get my money back.

Lastly, I would be incredibly grateful if you could remove your bot (it’s honestly one of the worst I’ve seen) and bring back the option to send messages directly to support.

They don't. There is Fiverr staff here, but not support people. Contact them directly.

As for your issue, maybe you used Promoted Gigs last month, be it accidentally or not and you forgot about it. I've been using the service since the begginning and it's rather transparent on how your funds are used...

Hmm, interesting. In my experience, I didn't encounter any issue. Strange that CS didn't help you, though.
